Property and Inventory Management
To provide support and guidance for university owned and controlled movable property. The department houses a central receiving area for equipment deliveries, a maintenance storeroom for maintenance materials, and a logistical support service for all university departments.
Property & Inventory Management Information
The Property & Inventory Management Department will be beginning the 2012 Moveable Fixed Asset Inventory in the coming weeks. The planned start date is January 17, 2012. We are in the process of insuring that our records are updated with the current Property Manager's information for each department. We need the Property Manager's Name, Phone, Email, Office Location, Box Number and a listing of the Organization Numbers they are responsible for overseeing.
